What is Rilt CRM?
A CRM for customer conversations. It covers leads, deals, quotations, invoices, contracts, tickets, projects, HR, accounting and a point of sale, with an AI assistant on top.
Can anyone create an account?
No. Access is limited to the addresses and domains the workspace owner allows. If you cannot register, ask the owner of your workspace.
Does the AI assistant need setup?
Yes. It stays off until the workspace adds its own AI key. Once on, it runs when you click, plus a daily sweep that scores new leads. Every run is logged.
Which currency does it use?
Dirhams are the main currency. Records can carry another currency, and totals convert at the exchange rates the workspace sets. USD is pegged at 3.6725.
Does it handle e-invoicing?
Tax invoices carry the ZATCA phase 1 QR code, and a phase 2 document chain can be generated for SAR invoices. Signing and sending to ZATCA need your own certificate.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Leads, deals, invoices and the accounting overview export to CSV, and invoices and quotations download as PDF.
