Privacy policy
What we collect
Your account details (name, work email, company), the CRM data you and your team add or connect (companies, contacts, deals, emails, call transcripts and messages), and basic usage logs we need to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide Rilt to you: syncing your inbox, running your agents, answering your questions and keeping your workspace working. Your data is never sold and never used to train shared AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the infrastructure and AI providers we need to run the service, under contracts that limit them to processing on our behalf. We will tell you if that list changes.
Your choices
You can export your data, correct it or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@rilt.ai and we will respond promptly.
Terms of service
Your data is yours
You own everything you put into Rilt. We only use it to provide the service to you.
Using Rilt fairly
Don't use Rilt to send spam, break the law, or access data you have no right to. Workspace Owners and Admins are responsible for who they invite and what their agents are approved to send.
Plans and billing
The Free plan costs nothing. Enterprise is billed as agreed in your order form. You can cancel at any time and export your data before you go.
AI features
AI output can be wrong. Rilt shows the sources behind its answers and asks for approval before an agent sends anything, so check what matters before you act on it.
Security
Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access control
Role-based access with Owner, Admin and Member roles. SSO/SAML and SCIM provisioning are available on Enterprise.
Audit log and hosting
Enterprise workspaces get an audit log of changes. US or EU data hosting is available on request.
Your data and AI
Your data is never used to train shared models. For security questionnaires or to report a vulnerability, email hello@rilt.ai.
Cookies
No tracking cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing it stores is a small localStorage entry that remembers when you dismiss a banner, and it never leaves your browser.
