Customer conversations are sensitive. These are the controls built into Rilt products today, described plainly.

In the CRM, owners and admins see everything. Members see only their own deals, leads, quotes, invoices, contracts and tickets.

Registration can be limited to your own addresses and domains, so only your team gets in.

Passwords are hashed, and repeated sign-in attempts are rate limited across the whole service.

A timeline per record, an email log and an AI run log. Files are served only to people who can see the record.

In AICall, each organization has its own workspace, roles and data controls, kept separate from every other customer.

CRM leads, deals, invoices and the accounting overview export to CSV, and invoices and quotations download as PDF.

Calls and AI

You set the rules for calls and for AI.

Voice and AI features add their own controls, so a person stays in charge of what is kept and what is sent.

Retention and redaction. Set retention windows and redact transcripts.
Opt-outs and do-not-call lists. Enforced across every agent and every number.
Recording rules. Decide when calls are recorded.
AI stays off until you switch it on. The CRM assistant needs your workspace's own key, and every run is logged.
Approval before saving. Rilties never save anything until a person approves it.
Your keys, your carrier. Models and phone lines run on your own accounts.
